Leaving the stunning ‘Dorset Jurassic Coast’ today, and heading back to London. I’ve had a great week meeting some amazing Oxleas NHS staff, in 6 different prisons, and discussing some of the unique challenges they face.

We are delighted to now be supporting the The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with their empowered to speak up arrangements. Our guardian will provide a source of independent support for speaking up for all NMC employees.

It doesn't matter how many times i visit one of Oxleas NHS Prisons to talk to the Offender Healthcare Staff about #FTSU, i always get a little bit nervous for some reason, even though i'm always well looked after.

Speaking up is an enabler of change, a catalyst that transforms thoughts into actions and empowers individuals to voice their perspectives, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration #FTSU #GSLGuardians
