Once it was God's Word in Jesus’ lips. Now it is God's Word in your lips.

If your word is of no value, you will reason that the Word of God is of no value. I have found that unbelief in the Word of God is largely because of people's lack of faith in their own word. If you want to build the highest type of faith, be a faithful person yourself.

Christianity is not a religion, nor science, philosophy or metaphysics. It is God living His own life in us. It is our union with Diety. We become the house in which God lives. Our mind becomes His instrument.

Hope and Faith were in combat. Faith won and made Hope a reality. You remember Hebrews 11:1, “Faith is giving substance to things we have hoped for.” Hope is always in the future; it is a dream, it is never real. Faith reaches up and grasps Hope and brings it into the present.

What Jesus said was a part of Himself. Reality throbs in it, flows through it, lives in it. The Word was; the Word is now what it was then.
