Super exciting project! Camouflaging in DLD. I feel like I see it all the time in my practice-but there is no way to formally describe/quantify it. This will be very useful work.

So important to recognise how common DLD is in adults and how different it may appear in different situations. Employers, educators, friends and family can make all the difference. Adults with DLD have so much to offer!

'Adults missing the boat' partly because there are not enough children being diagnosed at school. SLT services are not equitable across the UK-Fact! Some services barely see children in KS3/KS4 which makes diagnosis even more problematic!#DLD RADLDcampaign Rachel Sievers LdnSecondaryCEN

Speech and Language UK Such a powerful video, thank you! I have shared with all the SENDCOs I work with. Perhaps a follow up video showing Darcie in class when teachers are supporting well and making learning accessible would highlight the difference this can make.

First speakers at #naplic23 today are a wonderful group of adults with DLD #DevLangDis who are doing so much to raise awareness of DLD. Sophie @DysphasiaPV and Shelbi Annison ("DLD; why can't you see me" on Instagram). Thank you all for everything you do.

Heard you first in 1986. Played tapes so often music was ingrained in my brain. My lecturer quoted 'Great Leap Forwards' in 1991. My kids love it now. I sung 'New England' in a choir this year. '1649' is playing in an exhibition in my local market. Keep inspiring us Billy!
