Twitter is weird these days so, for no good reason, I thought I'd tell a story from my past.

The Canadian leg of my recent flight required passengers to wear masks and they did. The US leg of the same trip (with many of the same ppl) did not require it and most didn’t. Reject the notion that public health must bend to what people will do anyway. It can lead.

My teen daughter was asked by her doctor when was her last menstrual period. She said “it’s regular, no need for dates”. When I asked her why the reply, she told me that doctors can no longer be trusted and they should become accustomed to not knowing. Welcome to the new America.
