Large B-cell lymphoma involving the testicle with a germinal center-like phenotype (CD10+BCL6+MUM1-): May occur in < 10% of primary large B-cell lymphoma of the testis, however, it should raise the suspicion of disseminated systemic DLBCL #hemepath #lymsm #surgpath #Pathx #MedX

🩸CD138-negative Plasmablastic lymphoma is a very rare variant that seems to occur much more
frequently as extraoral lesions, most commonly presenting as

C1: BL (w a bit size variation), perfect IP
C2: PTCL, CD8+
C3: BCL, CD10+ arising in a bogs of residual AITL
C4: NLPDHL w/ an atypical IP (CD20+, OCT2+, CD30+, Pax5 wk subset)
C5: LBCL, EBV-, likely arising w/in TFH lymphoma
