Tata Play you are asking customers to pay technician visit charges when you can’t solve your problems remotely. If there is default at our end we understand that we should pay the technician visit charges but when you are at fault how can you expect to recover it from customers ? Tata Play please stop this unethical practice. Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Consumer Forum India please take action
