If there is default at our end we understand that we should pay the technician visit charges but when you are at fault how can you expect to recover it from customers ? Tata Play please stop this unethical practice. Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Consumer Forum India please take action

I am happy if you can resolve it remotely if not you must do it on your cost and not recover it from customer. If that’s the case all out of warranty accounts should surrender their 1/2
