Hi Derby County Community Trust 🐏 👋 In the US, when asking current/previous salaries was banned pay increased for Black candidates by 13% and for women by 8%. Please can you stop asking previous salaries and instead just #ShowTheSalary for your jobs so everyone can access a fair wage?

The quickest way to get rid of discriminatory job ads is if: * Orgs stop including discriminatory requirements in their job ads * Jobs boards refuse to host jobs with discriminatory requirements * Everyone refuses to share/promote job ads with discriminatory requirements
