"We must be intentional about how we develop this space & ensure that this park, while a beacon of progress, does not contribute to the displacement of those who have called this place home for generations….” denver7.com/news/local-new…

once again colorado, your dems are running a bill that would result in annual wage losses of $139 MILLION hb1208 is not only an egregious anti-worker bill, based on false & misleading data, but it undoes YEARS of tireless work at the muni level to raise wages for hourly workers

I need some help here. DOGE is canceling a $2.9M annual lease for "Office of the Secretary" in Denver. What is that? kdvr.com/news/local/dog…

You want to know who was ready to fight the oligarchy? Elisabeth Epps and Tim Hernandez. And we all saw how Democrats treated them.

Here’s the thing that makes me different from people that distain me. I can agree beyond our differences. Disagree beyond our differences. And still say.., you may be on the right; somewhere within this tweet.

I am deeply alarmed by the CU Board of Regents’ recent vote to censure Regent Wanda James, and even more disturbed that three Democratic Regents (Elliot Hood, Ilana Spiegel, and Callie Rennison) joined MAGA Republicans in carrying out this political attack. 🧵

I blame Democrats for the budgetary issues in Colorado. Listening to neoliberal Zionist pieces of shit like Shannon Bird and Jared Polis have cost Democrats a national platform. The data warned them but they went full steam ahead on supporting genocide. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Mayor council meeting just said they used a ranking tool to determine layoffs so they know who is being laid off — when asked for the percentages of potentially impacted workforce they said 🤷🏾‍♀️. Bull! You know who is being laid off! You simply won’t say! We deserve to know!

Layoff determinations are dependent on agency leaders and the criteria for evaluation which can be differently weighted across agencies/departments. Unfairness brewing.

One. Simple. Rule If you tell me an alien landed in your yard last night… …it’s up to you to prove it. It’s not my job to disprove it. Same can be said for all sorts of wacky ideas that float around social media atmosphere You float the idea…you prove it. Simple right?

This is a reminder that our final Quebec Corridor Taskforce meeting is tonight at 5:30 pm in which recommendations will be presented to the Mayor. Turns out. I’ve been doing just this — from the moment I learned of these ridiculous plans to warehouse people.
