A (non consistent) signal for paradoxical better symptomatic efficacy in extensive vs left side UC. To me it may imply symptoms more dominated by rectum in Left sided UC,hence calling for RCTs of biologics+topical Tx vs biologic alone (replicating old oral+topical 5ASA trials)
