227 days have elapsed since my last Portal 2 PB. 79 days have passed since a rank 3 Portal 2 speedrunner told me I would NEVER beat his personal best. 0 days have gone by since Dark Shizzal has awoken from his long-term slumber. I am...the main character...

This PB is oddly personal. My last PB was set just before my life entered major rough patches. I struggled to beat it for months, and it loomed over me while I endured some tough crud, man. I know speedrunning isn't very deep, but I hope this is the start of a new chapter for me.

I started playing Verdant Landscape, the #40 hardest Geometry Dash demon (just a few spots below the infamous "Tartarus"), on May 26th. It is now August 1st. It took 58,664 attempts to get to this point. But...finally, I can say I am goated as shit at Geometry Dash. GGs

Portal 1 accepted as a backup run for AGDQ 2025. I can't lie and say that I don't have conflicted feelings about this. It's likely I don't end up running at all. But I will hold on to the hope that something will work itself out. Plus, I save money on registration (I like money).
