Cannot wrap my mind around the media silence about the collapse of emergency care in the UK.

How the govt sleep at night knowing our frail and elderly are in corridors and ambulances outside A and E up and down the country.. absolutely shameful - we have to make a change in 2023..enough is enough

Life is different if you don’t depend on our NHS or state schools. If you don’t need to travel by train or bus to get to work. If you swish through airports in private lounges. If you’ve never worried about losing your job, or paying the rent. Their Britain isn’t broken. Ours is.
