🧲We’ve seen several #WhyCMR labeled as “midwall septal LGE” many turn out to be pseudo-LGE from coronary arteries, especially in HCM, where dilated coronaries are common. ▶️In non-HCM cases, the distinction can be tricky; this was one of them!💡3D MDE is key!
