🎉Thrilled our paper made it to IEEE S&P 2024! Kudos to my PhD students Sayak Saha Roy & Poojitha Thota. We show how commercial chatbots can be used to generate phishing websites/ emails. Countermeasure shared Hugging Face, findings disclosed to OpenAI, Google AI, & Anthropic.

🎉Three papers at ICWSM 2024, two led by Ana Aleksandric! Congrats, Ana! We study users' behavioral and emotional reactions to toxicity in Twitter convos, finding they often engage further, respond toxically, or unfollow instigators. Also, sadness and anger rise with toxicity.
