Minnesota scores. Vegas calls time out to see if they want to challenge. Then refs take their time to review. How many replays of the play in question does TNT show? ONE! That’s it. Just one single angle. Even the guys on the bench saw more replays in the floor than we did.

Calling charging on Kane doesn’t make sense there. If it’s a penalty on him for that play then the goal wouldn’t count. So that’s strange. Call roughing and say it was for the stuff after the play if you want to give him a penalty. But charging isn’t it.

Yes the officiating has been terrible. Yes the Oilers have gotten screwed on calls and non-calls. But the Oilers are also turning in another lifeless effort tonight. Panthers are playing playoff hockey and the Oilers have the energy of an afternoon game in February
