Two illegal aliens were apprehended and the driver as well. The driver will be prosecuted for illegal alien smuggling.

One of the Terrell County Sheriff's Office #OperationLoneStar Deputies was involved in a pursuit that ended up with a smuggler and two illegal aliens from Guerrero being apprehended.

Two of the four groups apprehended in Terrell County yesterday. Agents from the Comstock Border Patrol Station and Agents from Sanderson Station apprehended these two groups.

The Fort Stockton Border Patrol Station and Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended four illegal aliens and a smuggler earlier this afternoon. It’s believed the group crossed and loaded here in Terrell County.

HSI declined to prosecute the driver.
