Valentine's Day, and other holidays based on love, are difficult for many. I offer you a midday affirmation, to remind you that you are worthy of love without having to take sole responsibility for a relationship's functioning. You don't have to "do," or over do, to be loved.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I'm sending love to all of you who have it all together, are holding it together, or feel like you're losing it all. I'm offering free 30min sessions to Black women in need throughout the month.

This is my son, in Kenya Dec 2019, w/ 2 Masaai boys. In the Masaai culture, a traditional greeting translates to: "How are the children?" Because if the children are alright that means there is peace and safety within the community. To the United States: HOW ARE THE CHILDREN?

After canceling multiple flights yesterday, americanair has delayed multiple flights today. My flight was supposed to depart at 659, then 8a, but announced at 830 that we needed gas. What kind of airline is this?!

Our americanair flight was taxing in MIA when they were allowing the connecting flight, a flight the lead stewardess informed me had many passengers also connecting, leave. Last flight of the day, at 12pm. It's taking TWO days to go 6hrs due to americanair MECHANICAL issues.

A picture of all the people americanair didn't have the connecting flight wait for, after a 2hr MECHANICAL delay, knowing the leaving flight was the last for the day. They are offering no compensation. Unacceptable americanair

The line keeps growing for the number of people americanair has completely abandoned! The possibility of arriving at my final destination on Monday 05/30 when I was supposed to arrive on 05/27 is appalling. americanair still unresponsive.
