I’m in this group for PE survivors and now I’m the OG, and the teacher. At first I was freaking out and depressed long after the clot was gone, and now I get to bring comfort to others that just survived the same. A clot in the lung is no joke and we’re all LUCKY to be alive

This is why I’ve learned to really sit on my anger and internalize and process it for 60 of those seconds. The first 30 secs I’m angry, but i walk away and think. In this industry you CANNOT let anger cloud ya judgement, and I apply that to my personal life too.

It’s cringe when people do do this. Men too.
