Just elated by my return visit to Kinky Boots the Musical — now re-booted (so to speak) off-Broadway at Stage 42, where it’s heart comes into even sharper focus than it did on B’way. Stunning casting helps: Britain’s CALLUM FRANCIS’s Lola is superb: CHRISTIAN DOUGLAS a dashing Charlie.
