Shen with a 105-75 win over Schenectady-Colonie on Teacher Appreciation Night. Great opportunity for each Senior to recognize an educator who had a profound impact on them, thank you to all of the teachers at Shen for everything that you do!

Big Home win on Tuesday in front of a large crowd 110-76 over Saratoga. Leading the way w/individual wins Danny Killian (200), Brady Keller (50), Conner Rudd(100), and Nate Davey (Diving), but it took an entire team effort as Saratoga took first in 7 of 12 events. Great meet!

Boys team finishes the regular season undefeated with a 96–69 Senior night win over Glens Falls to finish 11-0!! Congratulations and thank you to all of the seniors and their families. Up next Sectionals!!
