Great day Xmas shopping with these 2. nearly finished all of my shopping. It's now time to chill and have a Chinese takeaway.

1st free Sunday in ages and I have the house to myself. I know it's a bit early but it's gonna be a Christmas movie day before I have to go to a carnival meeting tonight.

2nd time out on the push bike today. I managed a little longer/further this time. All I can say is I am sooo unfit. One of the things I suck at in life is breathing, add exercise to that and it's near on impossible. Not bad considering I haven't rode a bike in 20 years.
