Periperative staff in @MUH have been involved in two high stress Simulations so far this April: PPH & CICO. Both time critical situations that require quick decisions, situational awareness, closed loop communication and seamless management. MTP process adherence + QRH guidlines

The Adult Mental Health Unit @MUH are forging ahead with the implementation of SBE. This week the management of acute sepsis in a patient with parkinson's psychosis was undertaken. Well done to all, robust discussions in the debrief on local processes. #Sepsis6 #INEWS #ISBAR

3MB's have also completed their Simulations as per the curriculum and have worked through various scenarios such ACS, COPD & Pre/Post-operative management. Key components included ABCDE Assessment, INEWS, ISBAR communication and management of conditions. Best of luck 👍 🥇📚

Well the final two HiFi sims completed for 4MB's: Sepsis & Asthma. Fantastic group of students who engaged and immersed themselves into the clinical Simulations here Mixed Martial Arts. Best of luck with the upcoming OSCE's and exams.
