The SB program at Shawnee State upped its winning streak to 5 as the Bears defeated Ohio Christian in a road doubleheader by scores of 4-2 and 10-2 (5). SSU posted 14 runs on 20 hits between the 2 games as the batting order was clicking from the word go! ssubears.com/sports/sball/2…

SOFTBALL SERIES OF THE WEEK: SSU Bears Athletics keep rolling, moving their winning streak to seven games with two wins over SMWC! The Bears move to 9-5 in conference play, tied for second place!

That's a win! Bears rally from a 6-1 deficit by scoring 10 over the final 3 frames of action, including 6 in the 5th to take the lead and avenge a 9-4 loss earlier in the day with an 11-6 dub in Game 2! 5-1 week for SSU softball as Bears now sit 14-10, 10-6 overall in RSC play!

This week's RSC Softball Series of the Week features two teams trying to stay in the title hunt! Mighty Oaks Athletics and SSU Bears Athletics, who sit second and third in the league, face off on Friday in a critical conference doubleheader!
