Love my country. People can’t afford to eat and we’re spending £150 million deploying police to protect a man in an actual golden carriage and a hat worth more than Kent from seeing a “not my king” placard. Just a wonderful place for all.
It’s an honour to be invited to Apple’s new UK HQ to view first hand their latest developments in the creator space. I’m wowed and inspired at where they’re taking music creation. While not giving much away, porting audio applications to iPad is just the beginning.
A message from those trapped at Burning Man has just been released:
"They have taken the bridge and the second hall. We have barred the gates but cannot hold them for long. The ground shakes. We cannot get out. A shadow moves in the dark. We cannot get out. They are coming!"
We’ve taken all the infamous classic breaks and replayed from start to end, sample accurate in 24-bit clarity, getting as close as possible to the mics, recording techniques and rooms of the originals. You can grab them here: wavetick.com/sounds/classic…
Apparently Berghain have replaced their soundsystem. The old one put in 20 years of service, which means, assuming it was running 40 hours a week at an average of 135bpm (always 4 to the floor, obviously), it played approximately 340 million kick drums during its lifetime

I hear many people say it's unrealistic to expect all creators behind training data to receive micropayments whenever a generative AI model trained on their work is used. This strikes me as being a very weak argument.
First, it's a straw man: there are many different business

Took a System 100 modular, a battered old Pearl drum kit, some odd vocal grunts and an entire rack of Space Echoes and made my first record in almost a year. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making it x
