But it’s not useful to let the perfect be the enemy of the good. We have a set of behaviours which indicate addiction and collectively need to be labelled.

Furthermore, back in 2017 we published this, and from the get go say “pleasure seeking is an enduring feature of human nature”, but that’s distinct from addiction.
