Someone help me understand... Why isn’t the emotional side of ADHD an 'official symptom'? You can deal with being forgetful, fidgety, or distracted. But the guilt, shame, anxiety, stress, anger, embarrassment... That's the stuff that's hardest to live with.

You can't just shove anyone into any job and expect it to work. Jobs have to be suitable for the person, and to fit their abilities and skill-sets, be in the right location, etc... too. This is before we consider additional complexities like disabilities.
