#LurieIR Case 2 (#RSNA22 Edition): Infant w/ severe pulmonary HTN and portosystemic shunt between mesenteric system and lower IVC. Balloon occlusion with hypertrophy of portal vein. Shunt was occluded as the gradient was < 10mmHg. Follow up CT shows hypertrophy of portal system.
