Final recce of the course and my favourite training weekend this year as I got to do it with my mates and my boy. First open water swim and outting on the road with the bike and he smashed it!! πŸ’ͺ🏼 Week to go before @ironman_uk and I think I’m ready for the πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ ΏπŸ‰
