Mom tasted a Sour Patch Oreo!😝I didn’t. She says it was sickly sweet + tasted like a creamy sour patch candy on a cookie. She didn’t like it but Oreo delivered what they promised. The reviews were mixed from the kids but they ate all the sour patch candies used as decoration.

Hi frens. Not much going on here. Mom’s working, Dad’s planting our new hydrangea bushes, and I’m just thinking about what to get into, I mean what to do…any suggestions?

Note: The cupcake recipe is for 10 regular size cupcakes. Mom adjusted baking time (about half) for minis. The icing recipe is for minis and makes enough for 40-48 minis.

Soooo snoozy

I’m zorsted from spending all day baking with Mom. It’s time for some serious sofa snoozles.

Now I’m helping with clean up. Mom’s putting everything in the dishwasher even though I’m licking them clean which seems silly to me but, whatever, just as long as I get first licks!

Done. 100 mini raspberry cupcakes with raspberry buttercream icing and a raspberry on top. I hope people don’t like raspberry bc I do and then there would be leftovers!

The icing’s done. Now we’re putting raspberries on each one as a topper. Mom says if she had known how big the raspberries are this season she wouldn’t have baked mini cupcakes! Some of the berries are HUGE!
