Fantastic first day at the #ACFConf20. Lots of positive talks on the future of Army Cadets UK #InspireToAchieve
One week on from #ACFConf20 and it’s time to head back up that way. This time to the venue of #NationalShootingCentreBisley for the ACF Shooting Officers Conf. Looking forward to sharing info on how shooting will be moving forward in the Army Cadets UK Dorset ACF
Yesterday saw, Updates on the new syllabus, range paperwork and the Army cadet SMS at Army Cadets UK shooting conf. Thanks to @HQCadetBranch for answering the questions put to you. Discussions on competitions and coaching. Along with an open forum should be interesting today!
Love getting back in to the mountains! Shame there are no cadets joining on this occasion. One of the main things I have missed since the suspension of Army Cadets UK activities is seeing cadets meet and exceed physical goals. The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award exped is a great way for them to do this.
Rifleman Martin Skirth will spend Christmas apart from his family this year, so we sent them a special Royal British Legion Christmas pudding as part of our Together at Christmas initiative. Read Martin's story ➡️ rbl.org.uk/martin The Rifles
Fantastic end to a week with Army Cadets UK on the CTR Coaching course. Many thanks to the team and CCRS for the course. Learnt a lot and can’t wait to put all in to practice with my cadets. Managed to bag myself a gold medal too! Cheers Connor Truman.
Successful D1 driving course at Tidworth put on by RC SO1 CCF(A). Resulting in much needed drivers in Devon Army Cadet Force, Dorset ACF and Wiltshire ACF. #GoingFurther
