UPDATE: AZ SB 1555 aiming to establish a licensed & regulated program for psilocybin therapy has been gutted and replaced with a study committee. Unclear if there will be an attempt to revive it at this point. Opposition from the AZ Medical Assc likely to have played a role.

Feels important to clarify that Missouri HB 829, if passed, would let veterans legally use psilocybin **via FDA clinical trials** (as opposed to some form of a state regulated access program)

I think psychedelic pilot programs are the sweet spot for state legislatures right now to advance focused access frameworks that can scale over time, that also ideally include funding not just for program admin, but for treatment as well. LFG Nevada!!

This is cool, but I still don't understand why were still stuck on federal "research" when tens of thousands of people have gone through Oregon's psilocybin program. It's providing safe and positive outcomes at 20x the scale of clinical trials, for a fraction of the cost.

70% of Americans can’t afford a median home. Why? Broken money forced people to use real estate as savings, making homes unaffordable. Houses aren’t savings accounts, they’re meant to be lived in. #Bitcoin demonetizes housing, drives prices down and puts families back in homes.
