I will say it again and again. Teachers need more non contact time, that means more funding and also more teachers. Until this is addressed there will be little impact in the current system on workload beyond tinkering at the edges.

i just found out that frontal lobe development in adhd people can continue UP TO AGE 35 and why is my life making so much more sense to me now?????? adhd is a developmental disability. we don't talk about it like that, but it IS.

I don't allow homophobic remarks in my classroom. I don't allow transphobic remarks in my classroom. I don't allow racist, anti-Semitic or Islamaphobic remarks either. Be pissed off. Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequence.
