The final instance we recall involve comments Dodds made in the Senedd about a dinner she attended with the taxpayer funded "charity" the Welsh Refugee Council. Again, we clipped Dodds' actual words verbatim and posted them as a video.

As you will see, none of the actions we listed could be considered, by any reasonable person, to constitute either threats, or criminal behaviour more generally. Yes, they constitute scrutiny of Dodds' actions and decisions as an elected representative. But politicians are not

We accept that political scrutiny in Wales is not particularly common. But it is not, yet at least, a criminal offence. Wasting police time, on the other hand, very much is.
