I led the bipartisan, legislative challenge to CDOT and Polis after they walked away from federal funds to fix I-25.

Two bills lay in wait for Democrat Senate leadership. Both would shore up the Unemployment Insurance Tax Fund. My SB22-066 pays off the entire $1 billion debt from one-time funds SB22-234 pays off most ($600 million) but also expands eligibility and long-term costs.

The Democrats have to vote to push either bill forward. I'm anxious to see which bill they choose.
