Proud to announce Somers Library is getting $210K in state funding to create a “teen space” in the building. Getting younger generations to engage with public institutions is so important—that’s why securing this investment in the budget for our libraries was so critical.

I said goodbye tonight to my dear friend David Brown, who gave back so much to our community through his decades of service with the Bedford Hills Fire Department and his work with the Antioch Baptist Church. He will be dearly missed.

It was a great morning at the 10th Annual Run for Recovery 5K in Yorktown. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today to show solidarity, break the stigma, and support an organizations making a real difference in our community.

We had a fantastic display of community spirit today at the Hudson Valley Irish Fest. Thank you to everyone who helped organize this outstanding cultural celebration.
