The Selborne Society A gorgeous place to visit for the sights, sound and the scent. Photos really can't do it justice.
This is (l to r) Sam, Reuben & Denzel of Elmhurst School in London.
They've learned the Jackdaw Spell from The Lost Spells by heart & here they are rocking it in the woods.
Poetry, outdoor learning, smiles, dance!
Will you give them a shout, tell them how awesome they are?
So glad you enjoyed your visit, Montpelier School ! Perivale Wood has lots of fun, nature-based education activities for all ages.
See perivalewood.org.uk & selbornesociety.org.uk to find out more.

Volunteers Ingrid Waloff and David Flack both spotted this Peacock butterfly on the Bridle Path at Perivale Wood last weekend. Peacock butterfly caterpillars rely mainly on nettles as their foodplant, but the adults will visit a variety of flowers.
