This image is from the review on puberty blockers, and it states it uses a modified Newcastle-Ottawa scale to assess quality. This scale is explicitly designed for non-RCTs. This means that studies can be rated as high quality despite not being RCTs, ie not being double blind.

Cass has absolutely broken them.
