Our Christmas plog will take place just before the jolly red fellow pops by. We will make sure that Sedgefield is looking tidy and welcoming for Santa, Rudolf and the team!

Festive hats/clothing optional. Litter picking kit and mince pies will be provided.

The snow was hiding some bounty, but we still managed to bag a decent haul around the centre of Sedgefield this morning, and it was good to see that SedgyFarmersMarket was nice and busy, with customers being entertained by Sedgefield Lyrics Youth Choir and LiricaChoir. Lovely! 😀

What a great turnout for our post-fireworks display plog! It was brilliant to see ploggers of all ages in action, including our youngest to date. Together, we collected a good haul. Well done and thanks to everyone who joined us. 😃

As we did last year, we'll get together in the grounds of Ceddesfeld Hall the morning after the Sedgefield Fireworks Display to pick up any litter that's still there in the daylight. Everyone will be welcome!

A beautiful morning for a plog! We met other community litter pickers and the Hardwick Festival team, collecting a good haul.

There wasn't a silly amount of rubbish in our lovely fields - thanks to the vast majority of festival goers for that. We hope you had a great time! 😃

For those who are around during the summer hols, we'll get together for a fairly early morning plog after next weekend's Hardwick Festival. Everyone will be welcome (even - or especially - festival goers with sore heads)! 😃
