During the March 2025 ice storm, Ontario Ministry of Health Lindsay Ambulance Communication Officers worked around the clock through outages, ensuring every Ontarian who needed help got it—processing 3x the usual 911 calls with no missed emergencies. Their calm leadership helped save lives!
