Don't you just love it when something works perfectly like you want in Vieport, and refuses to do anything in Render no matter what you do? Just blender things, I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I narrowed it down to Dynamic Paint, 4.2 is the version if anyone knows what to do with that.
