Musk defended his post in question, saying he tagged Community Notes as a “good faith” effort. But a community note was never added to his false claim. It remains up on X.

Musk also confirmed he has a burner account where he role-played as his toddler son. He called it a “test account.”

“I wish I was old enough to go to nightclubs. They sound so fun,” Musk tweeted on his burner account role-playing as his toddler son.
