Today I reflect upon the decision I made 3 years ago to the day to come play football at Franklin College. Truly have met some of my best friends here and have been extremely blessed and fortunate to have met all the people at the times I did here. After two years of injuries

Ron Shiels spent a year at Michigan City as DC before returning to his alma mater Adrian last year. By chance, the D-3 school plays at Valparaiso tomorrow night, a summer schedule pick-up for the Beacons. The Adrian roster includes 4 Chesterton grads as Shiels eyes local talent.
