Today Minister Martin Heydon officially launched our new 4 year Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Marine funded research project #TransForm an UCC School of Food and Nutritional Sciences and Teagasc collaboration to develop and test novel high protein thermo-reversible hydrogels to tackle malnutrition and sarcopenia in cancer patients.
