So, Just Eat UK deliver a JOE & THE JUICE order, missing a £9.60 sandwich. #justeat customer service say “we've recently provided you with a generous amount of goodwill gestures.” (untrue) so they won’t refund the item! When I ask for the list of goodwill gestures, silence. #fail

It’s an astonishing argument from Just Eat UK Even if there was a goodwill gesture in the past (there was not. There have been past issues with spilt food or missing items which have been resolved, but that is service), they’re suggesting they can charge for food and not deliver!
