In the US the FBI will start collecting data on police officers who take their own life from 1st Jan following a decree from Congress to include background and circumstances. Would be good to see a similar system in the UK

This makes me so angry. I didn't see my mum, dad or family for months to follow the rules and keep them safe. My first time seeing mum in months was when she was on a ventilator, she never woke again. My colleagues have died, got sick and lost loved ones but this.....
