Def a bit weird. Wonder how Minnesotans value their franchise's 100-year-old championship from a city half the country away. Figure they should just let the Nationals do this one anyway.

According to that folder with all my past interview audio, here's my top 3 most-interviewed fighters (1-on-1):
1. Alexander Volkanovski
2. Kayla Harrison
3. Demetrious Johnson
Pretty sure Jim Miller & Frankie Edgar would bump some of them, but some old audio is still on cassette.

My two favorite childhood athlete interactions:
1. Allen Iverson signing my ball before singlehandedly destroying the Nets
2. Gheorghe Muresan, one of the largest people in the history of humankind, playfully palming my head

I love how his profile photo is what a bunch of Internet randos would pick because they love Gladiator, except this is the one guy of which it's an actual profile picture

Jim Miller welcomed me last month to follow him throughout a day of training and time at home with the family, and he and his wife Angel opened up on his wild journey to UFC 300 that nearly ended years ago due to his undiagnosed Lyme disease.
Give his story a read on Post Sports+

Made it look effortless too. A human light switch. Shame he didn't have more than about 4 minutes of gas in the tank but rarely needed more than that.

A lot of y'all may know Alex Pereira took up kickboxing later in life, in his early 20s.
Did you realize he had not even been training in the martial arts at the time of UFC 100?
Fast forward 15 years, and he'll make the last walk at UFC 300 on Saturday.

It gets more impressive...
Resulting from the Doxycycline he took to treat his Lyme disease, Miller was walking around at just 162 lbs before the Alves fight. Alves only got as close to LW limit as 162.6 lbs and surely was much bigger on fight night.
Miller won, 30-27 x2 & 29-28.
