Developers in Chicago have been avoiding kitchen exhaust and direct ventilation (meets code with nat vent) for as long as I’ve been working in Chicago. I’m not sure a “building with great IAQ in Chicago” even exists.

Our rooftop PV solar system (11.3 kW DC) is averaging about 270 kWh per week, which I’m guessing is a pretty good representation for an average across the year. That puts us right at 14,000 kWh for the year, which is nearly spot on the PVWatts simulation.
