Exciting progress is being made on our River District Permanent Energy Centre project! This innovative project will supply heat to the River District neighborhood in Vancouver by distributing hot water through a network of underground pipes.

Our Ontario team enjoyed a fantastic day at the Rogers Centre ballpark in June, catching a Toronto Blue Jays game! ⚾ Not only was it a great game, but it was also a wonderful team-building opportunity.

Scott is proud to have built the West Village District Energy Centre, which uses renewable natural gas to heat hot water. The project features mass timber and an urban park, adding greenspace to the City.

Our BC team had a swingingly good time cheering on the Vancouver Canadians play at Nat Bailey Stadium this August, capped off with a spectacular fireworks display!

We’re excited to share photos from the ribbon ceremony for the Mission Campus Redevelopment project at U of Fraser Valley ! The project included a 17,222 SF renovation across 2 floors, with new learning spaces, a library, collaboration areas, and features that reflect Stó:lō culture and art.

We help our Annual Volunteer Week recently where our team members dedicate a day to supporting local organizations by completing small construction or maintenance projects around our community. As a People First construction manager, giving back is part of who we are.

Our Pathway Affordable Housing Addition project is nearing completion! Constructed predominately of CLT mass timber, this sustainably constructed 2-storey addition will add 6 one-and-two-bedroom units to the existing building.

The Scott team brought the Halloween spirit this year with some fantastic costumes! 🎃 We had a butterfly, Scream, a nerd, a cowboy, a cow, and more. There were even some celebrity F1 guests in the office! 🚘 We hope everyone had a happy and safe Halloween!
