After hearing from NHRIs and NGOs, the UN Human Rights Committee has recommended that the UK:

- Repeal the discriminative legislative provisions within the Illegal Migration Act 2023

- Withdraw the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum & Immigration) Bill or repeal the bill if passed. ⬇️
