When talking about climate change it’s perfectly acceptable to have two people debate the issues, but it’s not acceptable to have someone who denies the existence of climate change included.

The same is true of trans healthcare.

Growing up gay in the 90s you were made to feel like a criminal. The media frequently and deliberately conflated the worst of us to tell the world all of us were the same. To see the wizard lady doing it all again to trans people brings back just how vile a tactic it was.

It’s amazing how quickly people have moved on now the Scottish hate crime law is in force and the truth about it is actually being communicated by experts in Scots law frustrated by all the lies.

The constitutional court of Uganda has affirmed the sentiments of the homophobic Ugandan public albeit without any evidence on the record. Shame !

I’m so glad there wasn’t social media when I was growing up.

I’ve just submitted my response to this consultation having lived in Scotland most of my life, and for the implications it will have in other parts of the UK where legislation is promised but not yet forthcoming.

Fact: Misgendering someone a bit shit but it’s not a hate crime. The law is clear about what a hate crime is and is not.

But I wouldn’t want facts to get in the way of you screaming that you want to be arrested across the internet for likes.
