So many adv to deep sedation but be mindful of not getting that immediate feedback always & really minding your technique to try to avoid cx

I encourage the fellows to absorb what different preceptors do. Modify your technique based on unique anatomical challenges. Right balance between water and CO2 insufflation. Avoid clearance of puddles as long as you can keep moving forward. #scopemanship
